Where do you ship from?
We ship from two distribution facilities: Dalton, Georgia and Ontario, Canada.
Is shipping cost included?
Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Nortex will provide a shipping rate upon request.
Are all products in stock?
We maintain an average of 2 million square feet of inventory.
What is your average production time?
Average production schedule is 5 to 6 weeks depending on style and quantity.
